Changelog of updates

It would be nice to have a changelog page, of what's new and updated in the book over time.
I see it's updated often but I don't know where to look to see what's changed.
- Email notifications could also be nice.
- If you have some version history like from git, GPT could summarize the diffs to automate the work

Last change was something like change in metadata from no category to business category, so I think there is no changelog with changes, because changes are cosmetic mostly. Anybody can check this by simple using Calibre epub editor (it has simple diff for epubs)

Same here. I purchased this book mainly because I liked the idea of a book, which is updated.
But without knowing what has been updated, make this concept useless for me (just this concept, not the book itself which is great), as I will not re-read the book each 2 month to try to find the update.
